December’s focus topic was presented by Duncan Louttit and describes micromouse sensors: “The design of reflected light wall sensors for Micromouse; part 1”

Duncan says:

When I was talking to new micromousers, I found that a lot of what I took as everyday knowledge about wall sensors wasn’t obvious to them so I started to put together a summary of my current knowledge. This lead to further thoughts and there are one or two, possibly new, ideas that I will be using in my future designs as well.
