We will be holding our 2 day Minos Conference in Ipswich on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st June 2026.
Thanks to the ongoing support of the school, minos will, once again, be held at St Albans RC High School, 80 Digby Road, Ipswich, IP4 3NJ
This year will be a slight change from the format used in previous years. We will use Saturday morning for traditional presentations.
In the afternoon, there will be an opportunity to have access to the ful contest mazes and tracks. To support newcomers, each event type will have some experienced contestants available for support and guidance. They have agreed to be the primary point of contact and, if they can’t help, will know someone who can.
Also running in the afternoon, we hope to have some workshop sessions where you can get together with an experienced leader to discuss, and learn more about, a specific topic. These sessions will probably last about 45 minutes and will not run in parallel so you should be able to attend more than one. Workshops may take place in the main hall, near the related event, or we may break them out to a classroom or separate area of the hall.
On the Sunday, there will be a period in the morning for test, tune and practice followed by informal contests run one after the other. No prizes, just the chance to see who you can knock off your ‘must beat’ list.
